Collaborating With Your Team
Everyone using the Google integration will get assigned their own Google Sheet to save their prospects.
If you would like multiple team members to collaborate on a sheet, you will need to share it directly from Google Sheets.
- Make sure you are connected to Google Drive.
- Click the Google Logo in the top right, then Go to Spreadsheet. Your sheet will open in a separate tab.
- Go to File > Share.
- You can share the sheet by inserting your teammate’s email.
- Once you’ve shared your sheet, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the email of your teammate you just shared with.
This will configure Prospect so you and your teammate can both prospect into the same sheet.
