Assigning Licenses
Admins have the control to switch users within their organization from Paid to Unpaid status.
| Paid | The Prospect license has been assigned to this user. |
|---|---|
| Unpaid | There is no license assigned to this user, and they currently do not have access to Prospect. |
Simply navigate to your Status column on your admin page, and click on the status in order to change it.
HEADS UP
Users that switch to ' Unpaid' will get sorted at the bottom of your user list.
